Ministry & Support Teams

What's the Difference?
Life Groups are designed to help people grow spiritually through community. They focus on Bible study, prayer, fellowship, accountability, and building meaningful relationships in a small-group setting.
Ministry & Support Teams are designed to help people serve with purpose. These teams use their gifts and talents to meet needs, support the church's mission, and create environments where others can experience Jesus. While relationships naturally develop on these teams, their primary purpose is serving rather than small-group discipleship.
Simply put:
  • Life Groups = Grow together.
  • Ministry/Support Teams = Serve together.
Both are essential to a healthy church. We believe people are transformed by growing in community and serving on mission.

The CCMP Gardens Team is a hands-on ministry dedicated to growing fresh vegetables for our food pantry, providing flowers for church events, and creating opportunities for community connection through gardening workshops and workdays. Whether you have a green thumb or simply enjoy serving alongside others, the Gardens Team is a great place to build relationships, steward God's creation, and make a practical impact in our church and community. Join us on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month from 5:00–7:00 PM in the garden area! Contact Lisa Flaherty - Lisa@CCMPChurch.com or call 704-436-1247
