Pastor David is a seasoned veteran in ministry.  He served for many years as a Youth Pastor, Coach, and Educator.  He has led congregations of various shapes and sizes, has multicultural experience, and has held almost every local church position imaginable.  He has a passion to partner with his community, and to encourage and energize all ages in the Kingdom Work.  His heart is to make disciples.  Pastor David loves interacting with the team of men and women God has placed in his care.  He is humbled and honored to shepherd this beautiful, broken flock at CCMP.

Bethany moved here from her hometown of Hendersonville, NC, in 2010. She joined the CCMP family in April of 2021 with her husband, Adam, and their two boys, Lincoln & Sawyer. She became part of the CCMP staff in September of 2022. She graduated from Western Carolina University with her BSN and the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with her MSN in Administration. Bethany brings a broad range of experience to her role at CCMP having volunteered in the ministry since a young age,  working in the hospital system as a nurse & nurse administrator,  and owning and managing her own businesses. When she is not in the CCMP office, you can find her inside the local schools serving with FCA, or at local sporting events either coaching or cheering on the team. She also thrives in organizing camps and other events here at CCMP.  She is excited to now be able to use all of these past experiences and her skills, to serve God, CCMP, and the Mt. Pleasant community!

I am excited to be a part your students’ growth and walk. Heather and I have been privileged to be a part of such a thriving community. While not leading and engaging the youth at CCMP, you will see us alongside our four kids active and involved in all things Mount Pleasant. You may see us on the ballfields coaching or as team mom. You may see us in the school volunteering alongside the teachers, faculty and staff. You may even see us at the campground, beach or a fishing pond. Heather works with FCA in our community, giving us a great opportunity to minister and be involved in the local schools and sporting events. We are happy to be part of a movement within our community and Church where the youth are not only seen as the future, but seen as the leaders of now. When the opportunity came available at the end of 2023 to become more involved with the youth as a member on staff, the answer was simple – why not us? The words of Roman 8:28 was loud and present in our decision. We have been blessed and are excited to embrace the opportunity and responsibility to lead the youth in our community.

Stephanie has been an active citizen of the Mt. Pleasant community her entire life.  Her passion for the children of CCMP started at the very beginning in the barn in a little red schoolhouse.  Under her leadership, KiDMiN has flourished and grown beyond what we could have ever dreamed.  Her experience as an occupational therapist and high school cheer coach prepared her for this journey working to meet the needs of all children and their families.  When not working part-time at the campus, you can find Stephanie on the sidelines of a ballgame cheering on her own children or leading in our local FCA chapter.
