The Doctrine of GRACE

Pastor David Snow

Texts- Ephesians 2:8-9

Titus 3:4-5

Romans 11:16

Introduction…

- Most misunderstood concept in Christianity.

-Every other religion in the world tells you what you must DO to reach God. Christianity says God has done it for you!

-Religion says- “I obey, therefore I am accepted”, the Gospel says “I am accepted, therefore I obey”!

Outline…

1- Grace is offensive!

2- Grace is liberating!

3- Grace is Perfect!

4- Grace is Free!

Application…

Grace and works are mutually exclusive as the basis for Salvation.

Salvation is...

-grace alone

-through Faith alone

-in Christ alone!

Are you truly saved?
